Covid – 19 Public Testing

Pre-Registration

If you are planning on attending one of the upcoming public testing events near you please feel free to “Pre-Register”  and submit your information online.   Pre-Registration is not required at any public testing sites, you can register onsite, however filling this information out in advance moves you through the process much quicker.  If you are bringing a minor child for testing a minor consent form will be provided at the testing site, where you’ll need to fill out, sign and date.

We would also like to remind people to wear a mask or face covering, and use hand sanitizer as they enter the testing location.

We look forward to seeing everyone at one of our testing locations in the future.

LifeLine Ambulance is able to provide COVID-19 Testing services to large groups such as Farms, Companies and Institutions.

To scheduled large group testing please contact LifeLine Ambulance at 509-422-4212 or by sending an email to inquires@lifelineambulance.net.
